By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:
I understand that life happens and schedules may change. To ensure the best experience for all clients, the following policies are in place:
Deposits: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your total service.
Cancellations & Reschedules: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes. With proper notice, your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 2 hours of your appointment will result in a $25 fee, and your 30% deposit will be forfeited.
No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a $25 fee, and your 30% deposit will be forfeited. After two no-call/no-shows, future online booking may be disabled.
Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit may be forfeited.
