Late Cancellation, No-Show & Tardiness Policy
I know things don’t always go as planned, and sometimes schedules change. To keep everything running smoothly, I kindly ask that you follow the guidelines below:

•Cancellations/Reschedules: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change your appointment.
•Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 2 hours of your appointment, there will be a $25 fee.
•No-Shows: Missing your appointment without notice will result in a $25 fee. After two no-call/no-shows, future online booking will be unavailable.
•Late Arrivals: Please plan to arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
