Terms & Booking Policy

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Deposits

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your total service balance.

Cancellations & Reschedules

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. When proper notice is given, your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a $25 fee, and your 30% deposit will be forfeited.

No-Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a $25 fee, and your 30% deposit will be forfeited. After two no-call/no-shows, future online booking may be disabled.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit may be forfeited.

Agreement

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
